Project Little Gardens - Entrance Hall
The entrance to your home sets the scene for the rest of the property. Making the space feeling warm and inviting, whilst also having the practicality was the priority for this project.

Brief: The client wanted to keep the original floor, doors and banister and to have a slightly farmhouse style whilst still being in keeping with the property. Leaning into the period of the home (1930’s) I suggested panelling up the stairs and having a contrasting darker colour on top. Adding a focal point by the entry with a basket for dog leads and anything messy and a small draw for keys to keep things hidden and styled with add some soft lighting from the lamp. We added photos in a symmetrical group above the radiator which we had covered and some greenery either side to add some texture.
